After placing your order, an electronic receipt will be automatically sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email with your order confirmation and receipt.
You can return your items in store at YANEN stores without any charge. Alternatively, you can reach out to our customer service team at yanen13.sg@gmail.com and post your order directly to us - noting that if you choose to return outside of stores, a fee will be incurred and charged by Australia Post.
In the unlikely event of a reaction to our formulations, please reach out to us at yanen13.sg@gmail.com or come visit us in store.
When a product is out of stock, the status will be updated in time and clearly indicated on the product page
Customers can choose to click the "Arrival Notification" function, and we will notify you as soon as the product is restocked
Popular products will be restocked regularly, and we strive to shorten the waiting time and ensure a stable supply

What is the shelf life of your products?
By law, products must be shelf-stable for at least three years from the date of production, unless otherwise specified. The products have been thoroughly tested to comply with this requirement. We recommend that the products be used within 12 months of opening, which is reflected in the "opened can" logo.
