Free local delivery (Singapore) for orders above SGD 20. A flat rate delivery fee of SGD 4.50 will be charged for orders below SGD 20. Local delivery takes 1-3 business days. As we handle all deliveries in-house, no tracking number is provided. For orders above SGD$180 – Free Delivery (7-10 working days).
For orders below SGD$150 – Standard Delivery (7-10 working days) rate of SGD$10.
We only ship small items in the categories of Accessories, Electrical Tools (excluding Sterilizer), Scissors & Blades. Mannequin Heads & Hair Extensions.

We are sorry to hear that! 🙁 If you find the item is defective, please call us or send us a message via WhatsApp at +65 9114 6002 with a photo/video of the defective item. Once we verify, we will arrange a replacement for you within 1-3 business days.

No refunds will be given after payment has been made. For exchanges, all items must be in their original packaging and unused. We reserve the right to reject any item that we deem to have been opened/used. Exchanges are processed within 5 working days. and exchanges must be made on the spot.

We offer a 6 month warranty on all electrical products. All warranties are subject to availability, for example, some promotional products may have a warranty of 3 months. Warranty does not include shipping costs – all products must be self-arranged and delivered to our office at 35 Tannery Road #07-03 Ruby Industrial Complex Singapore 347740. We still provide repairs and services even if the warranty period exceeds 6 months – charges will be charged accordingly.
